Shipping Policy
Order processing and transit time may be extended due to weather conditions, shipping carrier processing and/or higher than average volume during holidays or promotional events.
Order Processing
Our distribution center processes orders Monday through Friday. This excludes holidays and weekends. Processing times may vary. We aim to keep all accessories and oven bundles in stock at all times, but specific product pages will clarify up-to-date availability estimates, and backordered notifications. When all items are available, processing times average two to four business days.
Shipping Rates and Timing
The shipping cost for your order will be automatically calculated by our carrier at check out. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Standard Delivery - 5-8 Business Days
Expedited Delivery - 3-5 Business Days
Rush Shipping - 2 Day Shipping
Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once our distribution center has finished processing the order and shipped it. Please make sure all information is correct before finalizing your order.
Some items may ship separately. Umami Grills bundles may be shipped in multiple boxes. You will receive two tracking numbers, and while they often leave the warehouse at the same time, they may be delivered on different dates. After your order has shipped, please use your tracking number to check status with the carrier for the most up-to-date delivery information.
