If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Umami Grills within 30 days of your order delivery date for an exchange or refund.
If you wish to return an Umami Grills product, please contact our support team at email@example.com with the subject line “Return - Order# ”.
For returns to be processed, products must be in an unused and “as-new” condition as well as in their complete & original packaging. Used, worn or damaged items may result in the denial of a return.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the shipping instructions for your return including a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) identifier for your Return Request.
Returns are available only for customers that purchased products directly from umamigrills.com on unused, unopened products. Customers can request a return within 30 days of the order being delivered. We do not offer exchanges, only refunds on returns. Products must be completely unused with the packaging, manuals and any accessories intact and included with the return shipment. Any used products or missing items may result in the return being declined. We do not cover return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will begin processing a refund.
Refund payments are credited back to the original payment method — or store credit can be issued upon request.
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow up 10 business days for the refund to fully process. If this time has passed and your refund has not arrived yet, please contact us at mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org
